FULL BBQ AND DRINKS. BREAKFAST FROM 9.00AM.
REGISTRATION FROM 10 AM. COMP TO START 10.30

PRIZES

FOR SENIORS AND JUNIORS
ENTRY   £10 SENIORS £5 JUNIORS.
There will be open flying for club members at lunchtime and after 3.30pm.
If there is anyone interested in making a spad the club has correx for sale.

F3A DAY 19th JULY 2008

There will be two of the top flight aerobatic pilots from the Great Britain aerobatic association coming to our site; they will be giving demonstration flights in the morning with commentary, to start at 9.30am.
After this we will all have a chance to fly our models with one to one tuition hopefully we will get three flights each, with the third flight being scored.
There will be a prize of p-51d miss America 60 mustang artf kit for the best flight, kindly donated by Dave from Inwood models.
The flying we will be doing is based on the sportsman schedule for more details look on the web www.gbrcaa.org.  
This will be a relaxed day with no pressure so if you have a model that will loop why not have a go. This is a free day put on by your club, there will be a BBQ with hot and cold drinks..

Spad Combat, 10th May 2008 at Lakeside, Peterborough!!!

To open the season for 2008 there will be an open spad comp on Sunday 10th May.
If you have never tried spad flying why not come down have a cup of tea, bacon roll and watch the fun, if you fancy a go then the club has the correx to build the planes, go to www.spadcombat.co.uk to find an abundance of plans and info. If you fancy flying one first, contact Trevor and you might be able to fly his spad.

Summer fly-in and Scale competition. Following the usual familiar format which people enjoy so much.

Sunday morning events. run over 4 weeks, best three scores to count. Climb & Glide, Bombing, spot landing etc.

As usual, the BBQ will be present at events with great food, drinks etc.

RC Model Flyers Fly-in

For those not aware, RC Model Flyers is an online forum of like minded flyers. As well as being a brilliant resource they also have a get together or two each year. The first one this year is at Old Warden on the 19th / 20th April. If you want to visit, it is a closed event but checkout rcmf.info for details and to contact the organisers.
